On January 12, the Consul General, Peter Kujawinski, Consul Richard Hanrahan and Principal Commercial Officer Cynthia Biggs from the U.S. Department of Commerce travelled to Edmonton to discuss Consulate services to regional political, business, and academic leaders. A presentation on expanding into the US market was given at a well-attended luncheon hosted by the Edmonton Economic Development Corporation. Furthermore, Consul General Kujawinski met with members of the Provincial Government, representatives of Edmonton’s Consular corps, and the University of Alberta.
