During an official meeting at the Naval Reserve Headquarters, CG VanKoughnett presented Canadian Navy Captain Chris Dickinson with the U.S. Meritorious Service Medal for his outstanding work and cooperation with the U.S. military while in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom from November 2012 to December 2013.
