On November 11 Consul Chris Gunning attended the Remembrance Day ceremony at HMCS Chippawa in downtown Winnipeg. He represented the United States Government at the proceedings. During the event he paid his respects to veterans from both Canada and the United States as well as our allies from current deployments and those past. Afterwards he toured the Naval Museum of Manitoba.
Thank you veterans. No matter which country. We owe you so much.
