Dr. Sarah Deardorff Miller, an expert in refugee resettlement issues, was interviewed by Nicholas Keung, an immigration reporter of the Toronto Star on February 19th, 2016. Dr. Miller, an American University Professor and previous Franklin Fellow in the Department of State’s Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor’s African Affairs office was in Canada part of a U.S. government speaker program on the topic of refugee resettlement. During her visit, she traveled to Ottawa, Toronto and Vancouver on the first week of March.
