Message to U.S. Citizens in Canada: Update on Domestic Travel Restrictions for Province of Manitoba

January 27, 2021

The government of Manitoba announced that it is amending its public health orders to discourage non-essential travel and mitigate the spread of COVID-19 variants in the province.

Under the new rules, anyone who enters Manitoba without qualifying for a travel exemption will have to self-isolate for 14 days starting Friday, January 29. This travel restriction applies to both non-residents and residents of Manitoba.

Please visit the Government of Manitoba website for more detailed guidance on travel restrictions and exemptions.
