The Government plans to issue the solicitation in the U.S. Embassy website during the month of July 2018.  Please see the Request for Quotation (RFQ) for details of the requirements and actual response date. 

The U.S. Embassy Ottawa requires a competitive quote on the supply of a large 8-passenger SUV type vehicle.  Quotes may be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Quote Enclosed – 19CA5218Q0045 on or before 4:00 P.M. E.S.T  on the 21st  of August 2018. No proposal will be accepted after this time.  Electronic Bids are due no later than 4:00 P.M. E.S.T.  on the 20th  of the August 2018, which is one day prior to written proposal due date.

Written and electronic offers will be accepted.  Please follow the instructions indicated in the RFQ on the quotation submission.

Offers are due on or before August 14, 2018, no later than 4PM EST.

The U.S. Consulate General in Halifax has a requirement for the removal and disposal of pergola, benches and planters; removal, disposal, and replacement of unserviceable deck; and repair of perimeter cedar fence and railing at a residential property in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

The U.S. Consulate General Calgary is sending out Requests for Quotations (RFQ) to obtain pricing to complete Landscaping Improvements. This work will include the removal of existing planters next to back of the home, plus repair and expand existing patio. The Statement of Work includes; demolition, excavation, grading, and compaction of the foundation, construction of leveling pads, placement of soil reinforcing, and placement and compaction of select backfill material within the reinforced soil volume. The statement of work includes the removal of existing concrete patio and replace with new patio materials, plus level correctly from correct water drainage.
