System for Award Management (SAM)

The System for Award Management (SAM) is an official website of the U.S. Government. There is no cost to use SAM. You can use the SAM website for FREE to:

  • Register to do business with the U.S. Government
  • Update or renew your entity registration
  • Check status of an entity registration
  • Search for entity registration and exclusion records

All contractors must be registered in the SAM Database prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.204-7.  Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. The guidelines for registration in SAM are available at the following links:

Be cautious if you receive an email from a company claiming to represent SAM.gov or offering to help you register in SAM.gov asking you to contact them and pay them money.  These messages are not from the Federal Government.  It is FREE to register in SAM.gov for any entity.

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a proposal for Medical, Life and Disability Insurance Services for Locally Employed Staff by the U.S. Embassy in Ottawa and its Constituencies in Vancouver (BC), Calgary (AB), Winnipeg (MB), Toronto (ON), Montreal (QC), Quebec (QC) and Halifax (NS).

 

The Embassy of the United States of America in Ottawa has a requirement for Digital Video Conference Maintenance Services.

The United States Consulate in Montreal requires the installation and connection of an 80 KVA Cummins natural gas generator set.  Details of the requirements shall be described in the RFQ below. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.

U.S. Consulate General – Toronto is seeking Requests for Quotations (RFQ) from reliable companies who are able to redesign rain management systems and repair damaged siding at the Consul General’s Residence (CGR) at 152 Warren Rd, Toronto.

The Contractor will be responsible to provide all installation services including labor, materials, and supervision. The Government will pay the Contractor the firm fixed price of the contract. The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), has a requirement to extend and renovate an existing patio at the Consul General’s Residence (CGR) at 152 Warren Rd, Toronto. As such, the USG requires quotations for a contractor to complete the work.

The specific requirements for the project are as follows:

  1. Reset shifted stones. (Front patio)
  2. Waterproofing front patio.
  3. Reinstall missing stones (Back patio).
  4. Application of polymeric sand over stones (Back patio).
  5. Extension of the back patio. Maintain the same appearance if at all possible.

The Contractor will be responsible to provide all installation services including labor, materials, and supervision. The Government will pay the Contractor the firm fixed price of the contract. The Contractor shall remove the existing kitchen hood and replace with a new one. The Contractor will be responsible to provide all installation services including labor, materials, and supervision.
