Consul Scott Whitmore delivered prizes to the top three winners in the U.S. Consulate’s 2014 Earth Day Art Contest. We had a record number of entries received this year so the job of the judges was a tough one but Grade 5 student Leah of Hammonds Plains Consolidated School was our first place winner. She won a gift certificate and her school was awarded an environment and science themed book set for their library. Her winning entry will be on display in the Consulate. Great work Leah!
