Demonstration Alert – U. S. Consulate General, Montreal, Canada

Location: Please be aware that on Saturday, February 23rd, a protest is scheduled to take place in downtown Montreal from 2:00pm-5:00pm
Demonstrators will be gathering at Phillips Square then will make their way in front of the U.S. Consulate General at 1155 Saint Alexander Street. Afterwards, the protesters will be heading towards Guy Favreau federal building at 200 Rene Levesque Boulevard.
Actions to Take:
- Avoid the areas of the demonstrations.
- Exercise caution if unexpectedly in the vicinity of large gatherings or protests.
- Monitor local media for updates
- Keep a low profile.
