CONSULAR SERVICES AVAILABLE IN GRANDE PRAIRIE 2018

THURSDAY APRIL 26TH

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

A consular officer from the United States Consulate General in Calgary will be in Grande Prairie THURSDAY APRIL 26^TH to provide consular services to U.S. citizens. The Officer will take applications for passports, Consular Reports of Birth Abroad and Derivative Claims to U.S. Citizenship

Due to limited appointments, PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL at Calgary_ACS@state.gov WITH THE SUBJECT LINE “GRANDE PRAIRIE APPOINTMENT.” Please specify the service you require in the body of the email. We will send you the instructions and you will be required to send back a document checklist. We will book your appointment(s) after verifying your preparedness and the completeness of your documents.

As of October 1, 2017, Social Security services are no longer being handled at the U.S. Consulates in Canada. You would have to apply at a Social Security Administration office stateside.
