U.S. Consul Chris Gunning is making his first trip to northern Manitoba this week. He started his trip in Churchill, which we learned is about much more than polar bears. There is an active grain terminal and port operation, and the town is home to an impressive health center. Many thanks to Mayor Michael Spence and his staff for the warm welcome they have shown us in this very unique corner of Manitoba
