CG VanKoughnett visited the upstate New York campuses of SUNY-Plattsburgh and St. Lawrence University, meeting with Canadian Studies students and professors and discussing Quebec’s relations with the United States. He also gave presentations on life in the Foreign Service to students interested in working for the State Department.
