CG VanKoughnett, a Guest of Honor at l’ÉNAP

CG VanKoughnett attended an end-of-term reception held at lÉNAP (École nationale d’administion publique, English: National School of Public Administration) and organized by students association. During the event, he delivered an informal address, followed by a period of exchanges which discussed a number of topics including the challenges of public administration.

Established in 1969 by the Quebec provincial government, l’ÉNAP has five campuses throughout Quebec, with two major campuses in Quebec City and Montreal, and three other campuses in Gatineau, Saguenay, and Trois-Rivières.
