Ambassador Bruce Heyman delivered the closing address to over 400 financial service professionals at the annual Thomson Reuters Financial and Risk Summit in Toronto on November 23, 2015. Summit participants included Maureen Jensen, Executive Director of the Ontario Securities Commission and Janet Ecker, former Ontario Finance Minister and Executive Director of the Toronto Financial Services Alliance.
