U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Field Operations is reminding travelers planning trips across the border into Minnesota or North Dakota to anticipate heavy traffic during the observance of Victoria Day. Victoria Day (Monday, May 23) unofficially marks the end of the winter season and thus the beginning of summer.
